I/o address distribution: the i/o address of PLC is the only one-to-one register address for data communication between PLC and field detection equipment and actuator. The allocation of i/o address is the basis for further configuration of PLC; For omron-c200, i/o address is related to the connected i/o module; The i/o address of the field equipment connected to the digital module depends on the installation position and the point number on the module. 数据采集与监视控制系统
1、工业控制数据采集与监视控制(Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition,SCADA)系统是由计算机设备、工业过程控制组件和网络组成的控制系统,对工业生产过程进行数据采集、监测和控制,保证工业生产过程的正常运转,它是电力、石油、冶金、天然气、铁路、供水、化工等关系国家命脉的基础产业的神经中枢。
2、SCADA系统主要用于控制分散设备。SCADA系统集成数据采集系统、数据传输系统和HMI软件,以提供一个集中的监视和控制系统,用于许多过程的输入和输出。SCADA系统可收集现场信息,将信息传递到一个中央计算机设备,并以图形或文本方式给操作员显示该信息,以便操作员监视或从实时的中心位置控制整个系统。
3、SCADA系统是工业控制网络调度自动化系统的基础和核心。SCADA负责采集和处理工控系统运行中的各种实时和非实时数据,是工业控制网络调度中心各种应用软件的主要数据来源。SCADA系统包括实时数据采集、数据通信、SCADA系统支撑平台、前置子系统、后台子系统等。

Common controllers in industrial control systems
The Controller refers to the master command device that controls the starting, speed regulation, braking and reverse of the motor by changing the wiring of the main circuit or control circuit and the resistance value in the circuit in a predetermined order. It is the "decision-making organization" that issues commands and completes the operation of coordinating and commanding the whole computer system.
1. Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) is a special Controller, which is a digital computing electronic system designed for industrial applications.
2, Programmable Automation controller (PAC) is defined as: supported by a lightweight control engine, and use the same development tool for a variety of applications.
3. The fundamental difference between PAC and PLC lies in their different foundations. The performance of PLC depends on special hardware, and the execution of application program is realized by special hardware chip.
4. Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) is the electronic equipment installed in the Remote site, which is used to monitor and control the status of sensors and equipment in the Remote site. RTU is responsible for the monitoring and control of field signals and industrial equipment, obtaining equipment data, and sending the data to the dispatching center of SCADA system.
5. In the remote measurement and control system, RTU is the key equipment to realize remote communication, which is responsible for the uploading and transmitting of information between the central station and the measurement station. It mainly has four functions: remote communication, telemetry, remote control and remote modulation.
◆ Remote communication function: the passive contact mode is required, that is, the input of a certain distance communication amount should be a pair of relay contacts, or is closed, or is disconnected.
◆ Telemetry function: by collecting the signals of various sensors and transmitters to obtain the physical parameters of the scene, the collected variables are stored and encoded into telemetry information, which is transmitted to the monitoring center according to the communication protocol.
◆ Remote control function: the monitoring center implements remote control on the site equipment, such as starting or shutting down a device, opening or closing a valve.
◆ Remote adjustment function: the monitoring center can adjust the working status and parameters of some equipment in the controlled station.

分布式控制系统
1、DCS是一个由过程控制级和过程监控级组成的以通信网络为纽带的多级计算机系统,综合了计算机(Computer)、通信(Communication)、终端显示(CRT)和控制(Control)技术而发展起来的新型控制系统。其基本思想是分散控制、集中操作、分级管理、配置灵活以及组态方便。它满足了大型工业生产和日益复杂的过程控制要求,从综合自动化的角度出发,按功能分散、管理集中的原则构思,采用了多层分级、合作自治的结构形式。
2、DCS网络是整体的基础和核心。网络对于DCS整个系统的实时性、可靠性和扩充性起着决定性作用,因此对于DCS网络来说,它必须满足实时性的要求,即在确定的时间限度内完成信息的传送。这里所说的“确定”的时间限度,是指无论在何种情况下,信息传送都能在这个时间限度内完成,而这个时间限度则是根据被控制过程的实时性确定的。因此,衡量系统网络性能的指标并不是网络的速率,即通常所说的每秒比特数(bit/s),而是系统网络的实时性,即能在多长的时间内确保所需信息的传输得以完成。
3、DCS是以微处理器和网络为基础的集中分散型控制系统。它包括操作员站、工程师站、监控计算机、现场控制站、数据采集站、通信系统。

(1)操作员站:操作员站是操作人员对生产过程进行显示、监视、操作控制和管理的主要设备。
(2)工程师站:工程师站用于对DCS进行离线的组态工作和在线的系统监督、控制与维护。
(3)监控计算机:监控计算机通过网络收集系统中各单元的数据信息,根据数学模型和优化控制指标进行后台计算、优化控制等,它还用于全系统信息的综合管理。
(4)现场控制站:现场控制站通过现场仪表直接与生产过程相连接,采集过程变量信息,并进行转换和运算等处理,产生控制信号来驱动现场的执行机构,实现对生产过程的控制。
(5)数据采集站:数据采集站与生产过程相连接,对过程非控制变量进行数据采集和预处理,并对实时数据进一步加工;为操作员站提供数据,实现对过程的监视和信息存储,为控制回路的运算提供辅助数据和信息。
(6)通信系统:通信系统连接DCS的各操作员站、工程师站、监控计算机、现场控制站、数据采集站等部分,传递各工作站之间的数据、指令及其他信息,使整个系统协调一致地工作,从而实现数据和信息资源的共享。
